Privacy Policy

Academy Pro CE ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our continuing education platform, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and password (stored in encrypted form).
• Licensing details: your CRD number, license numbers, license types, issuing authorities and related dates.
• Learning records: enrollments, lesson progress, exam attempts, answers, time spent, attestations, scores, certificates and course evaluations.
• Payment details: purchases are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: basic device, browser and usage information needed to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

• To deliver courses, score exams and issue certificates.
• To report your completed credits to FINRA's CE system on behalf of NASAA-participating jurisdictions, as required for IAR continuing education.
• To verify certificates when requested by you, your firm or a regulator.
• To respond to support requests and improve our courses.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with regulators and reporting systems needed to record your credits, with service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, email, payments) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Record retention

To meet regulatory recordkeeping expectations, we keep completion records, exam attempt logs, attestations and the exact course content you studied for at least five (5) years after completion. Other account data is kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymized afterwards unless we are legally required to keep it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to authorized staff, and each learner can only see their own records.

Your choices

You can view and correct your name, CRD number and licenses on your Profile page at any time. To request a copy of your data or deletion of information we are not required to retain, email support@academypro.example.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
