Refund & Cancellation Policy

Course access

Each purchase is a one-time payment that gives you lifetime access to the purchased course (or both courses in a bundle). Access does not expire, and you can return to review the material and download your certificate at any time.

Refund eligibility

• You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not started the final exam.
• Once you have started the final exam or earned a certificate for a course, that course is not refundable, because credit may already have been reported.
• For bundles, if you have completed one course, we will refund the remaining course at its individual price less the bundle discount.
• Duplicate purchases made by mistake are always refunded.

How to request a refund

Email support@academypro.example from the email address on your account with your order date and course name. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

After a refund

Access to the refunded course ends when the refund is issued.

Cancellation by us

If we withdraw a course before you complete it, you will receive a full refund for that course.
